Position : Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Experience with high-end service standards and working with premium ingredients, wine pairings, and extensive culinary techniques.
- Training and development of staff, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining high service standards.
- Strong knowledge of cost control and inventory management.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction, especially for VIP clientele.
- Deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, including food presentation, serving, and plating standards.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage pairing, spirits, and fine cocktails is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both with staff and guests.
