Guest Service
• Guest Engagement:
o Greet and welcome guests warmly, introducing them to the offerings of The Distillery Phuket.
o Act as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, offering information on distillery tours, tastings, and the unique Chalong Bay product range.
o Assist with guest inquiries, tour bookings, and purchases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for each visitor.
• Distillery Tour Support:
o Provide support to Russian-speaking guests during distillery tours, sharing the Chalong Bay story, explaining product details, and answering questions.
o Offer language assistance to enhance guests' understanding of the distillery process and enrich their experience.
• Front Desk Operations:
o Manage guest check-ins for tours and events, ensuring all preferences and special requests are documented.
o Handle reservation and payment processes, addressing any immediate guest concerns for maximum satisfaction.

Event Support
• Event Coordination:
o Work closely with the Event Manager to support the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events, especially those involving Russian-speaking guests or clients.
o Provide on-site event support, including guest registration, assisting with seating, and fulfilling special requests as needed.
• Client Communication:
o Serve as a bilingual communication bridge between Russian-speaking clients and event staff, ensuring smooth interactions and meeting client expectations.
o Share information on upcoming events, workshops, and unique offerings at The Distillery Phuket to enhance client engagement.
• Problem Resolution:
o Address guest and client feedback during tours or events in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
o Document recurring issues to aid continuous improvement in guest satisfaction and event execution.
