Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Results-driven and service-oriented with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
