treehouses situated along the river, along with a bustling restaurant and tour operation. We are seeking a
dynamic individual to serve as the General Manager of our eco-resort. This key leadership role involves
overseeing all aspects of resort operations while ensuring a strong commitment to sustainability. The ideal

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager to lead and manage the eco-resort’s operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding sustainability standards, and achieving financial goals. The Resort Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a collaborative and motivated team, and position the resort as a premier destination for eco-tourism and cultural immersion.

Our Jungle House is an exclusive 19-room eco resort nestled in the untouched landscapes of Khao Sok National Park in Thailand. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to ensure high standards of customer service.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and mutual respect.
• Implement staff training programs focusing on hospitality excellence and eco-friendly practices.

Operational Oversight:
• Take a hands-on approach to all resort operations, including accommodations, dining, and guest services.
• Ensure the maintenance and improvement of rooms and facilities, preserving eco-friendly standards.
• Address operational challenges unique to a remote location efficiently and effectively.
Guest Experience Enhancement:
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences (i.e. product quality), including organizing
nature-based activities, eco-tours, and educational programs about local culture and sustainability.
• Ensure personalized guest services, addressing feedback and special requests promptly.
Sustainability & Community Engagement:
• Uphold and promote sustainability principles and practices throughout the resort and ensure compliance
with environmental regulations and certifications.
• Engage with the local community to support cultural exchange and community development projects.

Human Resources:
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and
legal regulations.
• Implement performance management systems and recognition programs to motivate staff.
Strategic Planning & Marketing:
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve
revenue and profitability goals.
• Enhance the resort's online presence through website optimization, social media, and creative marketing.

Qualifications
Experience:
o Proven leadership experience in hospitality management, preferably in eco-resorts, boutique hotels, or rural settings in Thailand
o Background in eco-tourism or resort management is highly preferred.
o Understanding of resort operations in remote or rural locations, including logistics, resource
management, and community engagement.
o Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation.

Skills & Competencies:
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
o Competency in marketing strategies and social media engagement.
o Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to analyze financial reports.
o Ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.

Personal Attributes:
o High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
o Passionate about eco-tourism and promoting sustainable practices.
o Knowledge of local culture, traditions, and eco-tourism trends.

o Prior experience working in Thailand or similar Southeast Asian settings.
o Knowledge of local culture, traditions, and eco-tourism trends.
o Languages: Fluent English and spoken Thai (fluency preferred)
