หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
-ประสานงานกับทีมปฏิบัติการทัวร์ เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าได้อย่างราบรื่น
-ปิดการขาย และติดตามผลหลังการขาย เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
-เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย และงานแฟร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยว
-สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเก่า และหาลูกค้าใหม่
-สามารถออกพบลูกค้านอกสถานที่ เพื่อนำเสนอแพ็กเกจทัวร์และบริการของบริษัทได้
- สรุปผลการขาย วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การตลาดประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
-มีทักษะและประสบการณ์ในการขาย
-มีความรับผิดชอบและมีวินัยในการทำงาน
-มีความกล้าแสดงออก สามารถนำเสนองานในที่สาธารณะได้
-ภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารระดับดี-ดีมาก
-ทำงานเป็นทีม และเป็นระบบได้
-มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
-หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับบริษัททัวร์ หรือมีฐานลูกค้าจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
