รายละเอียดงาน:
จัดทำเงินเดือนและดูแลค่าตอบแทน
ดูแลสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่น ประกันสังคม, ค่าลา, ขาด, มาสาย, คำนวณโอที
จัดทำแฟ้มทะเบียนประวัติพนักงาน
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ เช่น ประกันสังคม, กรมแรงงาน, ตม.
คัดเลือกพนักงานใหม่และจัดทำสัญญาจ้าง
ทำงานธุรการอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ:
วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน HR 1-2 ปี
เงินเดือน 20,000 - 50,000 (ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์)
ใช้ Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ได้ดี
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
