Sous Chef / Junior Sous Chef 1 Person
Job Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Asia especially Thailand highly preferred as Executive - Chef with an International chain hotel.
- Excellent record of kitchen management and ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Capable of delegating multiple tasks, - Communication and leadership skills and Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.

Chef de Partie 1 person (Musalim Only)
Job Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong culinary skills, including knife skills, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for food and a strong work ethic

Commis - Hala 1 person (Musalim Only)
Job Qualifications :
- Thai nationality
- A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in French Restaurant, Five stars restaurant or Michelin Star Restaurant
- High school diploma or a relevant discipline
- A good level in English is a plus
- Knowledge of health and safety and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork and Collaboration

Commis - 1 person (Musalim Only)
