Position : Security Supervisor

Job Detail

JOB SUMMARY
To supervise the daily job of the Security Team; ensuring that all safety aspects are followed for our guests and our team members.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Provide a Daily Security Report which will include the areas checked / team members checked / findings of the day
• Conduct Regular patrols in all parts of the facility, including activity rooms, public areas, outlets, and surrounding areas, to spot-check the security guards’ performance and other security-related matters.
• Maintaining daily records
• Ensure all security systems and CCTV are working properly.
• Traffic control - To ensure security guards perform their duty in parking lots and all vehicles are parked properly. Each vehicle coming in the property should stopped and ask for their destination / room no. Each vehicle plate should be recorded. Entrance gate should be down at all times.
• To ensure security guards have daily bags searched, cars, motorbikes, after hotel staff finished their duty.
• Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents.
• Ensure the safety and security of guest, staff, visitors and contractors at all times.
• Liaise with all department heads to ensure hotel staffs are adhering to established security procedures.
• Oversees first aid program for guests and staff
• Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting or loitering around the hotel public or guest areas.
• Conduct investigations and compile reports on a timely manner for any theft, loss, accidents or any aspect that risk the safety of the hotel.
• Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, Government Ministers moments etc., involving the hotel, its staffs and / or guests
• Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
