Job Title: English Speaking Butler in Personal Villa
Work eligibility status: Eligible to work in Thailand and do not need work sponsorship (Required)
Location: Phuket, Thailand, Location is Layan Beach.
All furniture and equipment in. The place is called Avadina Hills and here is the website.

To qualify for this role, you need to have the following basic criteria as a Butler in the Entrepreneur’s villa:
• Able to speak in English and understand English.
• Comfortable living in the villa.
• He / she should be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered and also about the local vicinity.
Main responsibility:
• Anticipate the entrepreneur’ needs by learning preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
• Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock
• Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary.
• Serve meals and pour drinks,
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time.
• Run errands when necessary
• Ensure the villa rooms are clean and tidy up.
• Recommend and arrange amenities,
• Remain well-groomed at all times
• Keep up-to-date on all hotel policies on safety and hygiene
• Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor
Requirements and skills
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hotel management
• Experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Commitment to a high level of customer service
• Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of area restaurants, theaters and other attractions
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus

Other Introduction
The Employer is a German Entrepreneur who lives in Singapore, he is also a shareholder of the Villa. The German Entrepreneur will travel to Phuket frequently for business trips. For privacy and comfortability purpose the Employer prefers to have an independent butler for his apartment when he stays in the villa for about 100 days.
