Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced candidate to oversee the daily operations of the villa as well as provide strategic direction. You will plan and supervise the activities of an extensive and diverse workforce to ensure the smooth.
Job Type: full-time
To qualify for this role, you need to have the following basic criteria as a Villa Manager in the Entrepreneur’s villa:
Main responsibility:
• Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen staff, maids, office employees etc.) and set clear objectives
• Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
• Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits
• Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services
• Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information etc.)
• Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
• Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements and skills
• Eligible to work in Thailand and do not need work sponsorship. (Required)
• Proven experience as Villa Manager or relevant role.
• Have driving license.
• Associate or degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
• Understanding of all villa management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Other Introduction
The Employer is a German Entrepreneur who lives in Singapore, he is also a shareholder of the Villa. The German Entrepreneur will travel to Phuket frequently for business trips. For privacy and comfortability purpose the Employer prefers to have an independent villa manager for his apartment when he stays in the villa for about 100 days per year.
