Position: Sale & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries to sales team and take care a potential client.
- Manage some directly contact and/or liaising with real estate property owners and developers.
- Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train, motivate, coach, and monitor sales team performance ensuring
assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing sales team
performance, and projecting future sales team performance.
- View all agreements related to business in order to maintain the highest benefits to company.
- Arrange and develop personal sales leadership and training skills to sale team members while ensuring
the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding a weekly meeting
with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
- Manage month-end and year-end sales and close deal processes and reports.
- Generate lead and build and nurture client relationships.
- Create and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan that expands customer base and extends
global reach.
- Monitor all property listings to make sure all are updated and assist with marketing employee to ensure
social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately including all marketing
platforms are advertised well.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs to develop
the company CRM system.
- Research, track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate
to partner relationships.
- Develop the real estate management plans with specialized and/or professional co-broker, partner, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- 5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Positive mindset, good leadership skill, good attitude, outgoing, and honest.
- Has a car and driving license.
*** Benefits: Salary start from 50,000 THB based on experience, commission, gasoline allowance and yearly bonus (follow achieved sales volume target)
