Position: Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise administrative including daily operations to make sure the operation
tasks are followed to the company’s objectives.
- Organize filing systems, support Sales & Marketing team members, support marketing
materials and coordinating buyer and seller information.
- Take care for all company agreement in order to set a standard term of agreement related
to co-brokers, property owners, and developers either business partnerships.
- Schedule team’s meeting and necessary events.
- Monitoring budget and system management, complete bookkeeping tasks (petty cash),
track office expenses, and manage company monthly budget, annual budgets, and
employees’ payroll.
- Overseeing and managing the overall planning and execution the plans for the
management and/or employees.
- Overseeing and managing the activities of staff on all levels, including recruitment and
hiring, performance reviews, and termination when necessary. Qualifications
- Min. 3 years of experience in office management, real estate or, a related field strongly preferred.
- Excellent time management and efficiently problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM system.
- Positive mindset, good leadership skill, good attitude, outgoing, and honest.
- Has a car and driving license.
