Zest Real Estate sSales and Marketing Specialist – Real Estate
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our rental and sales department while driving strategic marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
• Open to all nationalities.
• Previous experience in real estate sales or marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a strong willingness to learn.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant or secretary.
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure with patience and resilience.
• Proactive, quick-thinking, and eager to develop new skills.
• Proficient in computer applications and real estate software.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond regular hours when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Network and represent the company at industry events and community gatherings.
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assist buyers and sellers throughout the entire transaction process.
• List, update, and manage real estate property listings with accuracy.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential clients.
• Professionally negotiate prices and contract terms with buyers and sellers.
• Handle and complete all necessary contracts and paperwork.
• Close deals successfully while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service, including client follow-ups.
