รายละเอียด

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure hotel rates are competitive and consistent with OTAs and competitors.
- Optimize hotel content, rates, and availability on brand websites to increase customer conversions.
- Use self-service tools (Website CMS, Booking Engine Extranet, Channel Manager, PMS) – training provided.
- Support customers and other teams with product and service requests.
- Generate weekly and monthly hotel booking reports.
- Represent Web Connection professionally and courteously.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- New graduates are welcome
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and cross-functional cooperation
- Enjoys social media chatting and email communication
- Service-minded
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of hotel reservations and distribution systems is a plus
- Experience with website CMS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine back-ends is a plus
