Join our team as a Sales & Marketing Manager at our leading sales and marketing hub. This pivotal role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities focused on the world of sales and marketing initiatives. Your primary duties will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans, overseeing marketing campaigns, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the tools and strategies needed to excel. This will involve leading sales meetings, analysing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns. Your expertise will also be crucial in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and maximising brand visibility across various channels.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing sales and marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a flair for innovative strategies. The right applicant will work between two sales outlets in Krabi, Thailand, gaining strong product knowledge, training staff, operating within relevant standards, assisting with marketing campaigns, controlling stock, setting up product displays, and building customer confidence.

Job Benefits:


• Salary of between 70k to 90k Baht (monthly) depending on qualifications and experience.
• Initial 1-year contract with the opportunity for extension based on performance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Thai or Foreign National.
• Fluent in English both verbally and written.
• Conversational Thai is advantageous.
• Further education qualifications, such as National Diploma in a technical related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a sales & marketing management or related customer service role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office in a work setting.
• Proficient in using Windows 11 in a work setting.
