Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, government departments and other producers closely as meted out by the designated hotels (My Beach Resort Phuket and Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas)
* Handle accounts/prospects jointly with senior positions.
* Monitor competitive set and communicate tactical changes to Complex Director of Sales
* Report as required on sales activities and production
* Assess sales and marketing data and make strategic recommendations


Creative Designer (Phuket)

Position Summary

The Creative Designer will play a key role in enhancing the visual identity of our resort properties by creating dynamic, engaging content for social media, in-house communications, and promotional materials. This individual will be responsible for producing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design to support various departments and elevate guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Resort Collaterals & Photo shooting
• Develop key visual assets, such as artwork and graphics for resort collaterals, all promotion materials and internal communications materials
• Support printing requirements – in-house as well as with supplier
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of resort events, guest experiences, and F&B promotions.
• Involve in the planning of all hotel and F&B photo and film shoot requests, supported by third-party agency
• Ensure all visuals align with the resort’s brand standards while being innovative and fresh
• Ensure consistency in visual messaging across the resort’s internal channels.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure visual assets meet their specific needs.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and recommend new ideas to improve visual content quality and engagement.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of images, videos, and design files for easy access and future useDigital Marketing & Design
• Design the visuals for digital media presence and ensure content is up-to-date for hotel, and F&B outlet, including hotel website, third-party and partnership sites
• Prepare visuals including videos for social media organic calendars (where needed) and ensure timely dissemination for hotel, Spa and F&B outlet
• Prepare content for social media advertising campaigns


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design, photography, and/or videography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing design, photography, and videography skills.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Excellent eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (preferred).
• Flexible, with the ability to work on weekends or during events as required.
