GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Guest Relations & Communication:

• Act as the main point of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, and other high-profile visitors, ensuring personalized service from arrival to departure.
• Meet and greet guests upon arrival and ensure they have a smooth check-in process.
• Provide concierge services, assisting guests with inquiries, restaurant bookings, tours, special events, and other requests.
Experience Personalization:
• Gather and maintain detailed guest profiles, including preferences, special occasions, and previous experiences, to deliver personalized services.
• Design bespoke itineraries and in-resort experiences (e.g., spa treatments, private dinners, excursions) tailored to individual guest needs and preferences.


Qualifications:
For Manager Role:

• 5+ years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Russian, German, Chinese, or French is an advantage).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse international clientele.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive attitude toward resolving guest issues.
• Experience in managing guest experience teams or concierge services is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
• Empathy, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work with a diverse range of nationalities and preferences.


RESORT HOST (RUSSIAN SPEAKING)

Responsibilities:

• Resort Host holds a key position by providing the first impression we give our guests.
• The position necessitates being an information provider, receiver, diplomat, problem solver, salesperson, company representative, public relations agent,
• Coordinator of activities and accountant with the utmost politeness, efficiency and friendliness.
• To provide guest recognition at all times, doing your utmost to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and comfort, and to interact with guests on a continual and complete basis.

Requirements:

• Age between 22 - 45 years old
• At least 2 years of work experience in this position

• Good to communicate in English and Russian (Sparking & Writing)

Asst. Night Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the facility during the overnight shift. This position involves supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the security and safety of the premises. The Assistant Night Manager works closely with the Night Manager to maintain smooth operations and to ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise Overnight Operations:
- Oversee the front desk, guest services, and housekeeping staff during the night shift.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are adhered to during overnight operations.
- Assist in managing guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.

2. Guest Service & Relations:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Handle guest issues or emergencies during the night shift, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Provide guests with local information and assistance when necessary.

3. Security & Safety:
- Monitor the security of the building, ensuring that all security procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular checks of the hotel to ensure all areas are secure, including locks, lighting, and alarm systems.
- Report any incidents or safety hazards to the Night Manager or relevant authorities.

4. Staff Supervision & Support:
- Provide leadership to the night shift team, ensuring smooth operation and high service standards.
- Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating night shift employees.
- Assist in managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during the night shift.

5. Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with end-of-day financial reporting and audit processes.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing reports, updating guest records, and handling correspondence.
- Complete nightly logs and provide updates to the Night Manager and relevant departments.
- Compliance & Safety Protocols:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
Be prepared for emergency situations, following company protocols for emergencies, evacuations, and first aid.
