• Maintain the hotel’s cuisine concepts and standards for food preparation and presentation.
• Enforce the food preparation and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality culinary offerings to our guests.
• Enforce operational Standards that are reviewed periodically and then updated and improved
• Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner
Skills required:
• Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts guest.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Able to work on a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Thai Nationality.
