ตำแหน่ง : Accounting Receivable - Bangkok Based
- Issuing the invoice based on contract rate and condition payment
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks and credit card transactions.
- Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigation information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
- Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department
- Reconcile bank and account receivable account.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Reconcile Bank and other GL that assignments from supervisor.
- Other assignments from supervisor.
