ตำแหน่ง: ผู้จัดการทั่วไป (GM) ของสวนสนุกเด็กแห่งใหม่ในฉลอง โรบินสันฉลอง
วันเริ่มงาน: 1 มกราคม แต่สามารถเริ่มก่อนหน้านั้นได้

เกี่ยวกับโครงการ:
เรากำลังจะเปิดสวนสนุกสำหรับเด็กที่พรีเมียมที่สุดในภูเก็ต พร้อมร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (F&B) ที่ตั้งอยู่ในห้างโรบินสันฉลอง โดยจะมีสวนสนุกแห่งที่สองเปิดในไตรมาสที่ 2 ของปี 2025 ที่เซ็นทรัล ฟลอเรสต้า สวนสนุกจะมีขนาดประมาณ 750 ตารางเมตร และจะเปิดในเดือนมกราคม 2025 สวนสนุกนี้ออกแบบโดยสถาปนิกชื่อดังระดับโลกและจะเป็นสิ่งใหม่ที่ไม่เคยมีมาก่อนในตลาดไทย โมเดลธุรกิจของสวนสนุกนี้จะมาจากรายได้จากการขายบัตรเข้าชม, ร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม, สินค้าของที่ระลึก, และการจัดอีเวนต์

ตำแหน่งนี้เปิดรับทั้งคนไทยและชาวต่างชาติ ในกรณีที่ไม่ใช่คนไทย ควรมีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ และถ้ามีทักษะภาษารัสเซียจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

หน้าที่ของ GM:
- GM จะต้องมีส่วนร่วมในการเปิดตัวโครงการ และอาจต้องทำหน้าที่ของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการบางส่วนจนกว่าจะมีการขยายทีมเต็มรูปแบบ
- กำหนดงบประมาณรายได้และค่าใช้จ่ายร่วมกับเจ้าของ และควบคุมงบประมาณ หากมีสิ่งใดไม่เป็นไปตามแผน งบประมาณ GM จะผูกกับผลการดำเนินงาน EBIDTA
- การจัดการพนักงาน: แผนกต้อนรับ, พนักงานทำความสะอาด, พนักงานขาย, IT, การบัญชี โดยแผนก F&B จะมีเชฟผู้จัดการแยกต่างหาก แต่ GM จะรับผิดชอบตัวเลขการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากสวนสนุกไปยังร้านอาหาร
- กำหนดและดำเนินการแผนการตลาด B2B ติดต่อสื่อสารกับ ห้างสรรพสินค้า
- สรรหาพนักงาน

ทักษะและประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
- ประสบการณ์การทำงานในการบริหารทีมอย่างน้อย 5 คน
- หนึ่งในประสบการณ์การทำงานต่อไปนี้: ผู้จัดงานอีเวนต์, ผู้จัดการโรงแรม, ร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม (F&B) หรือธุรกิจที่เน้นการให้บริการ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในวงการบันเทิงเด็กจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทักษะการใช้งาน Microsoft Excel และสามารถวิเคราะห์ P&L ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนการตลาดทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

เงินเดือน, สวัสดิการ, และโอกาสเติบโต:
- เงินเดือนจะแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน: เงินเดือน 120,000 บาท และ % ของ EBIDTA หากสวนสนุกดำเนินงานได้ตามแผน (Performance based incentive)
- หากเป็นชาวต่างชาติ ทางบริษัทจะจัดการเรื่องใบอนุญาตทำงานให้
- มีวันหยุดแบบได้รับค่าจ้าง
- หาก GM ทำผลงานได้ดี สามารถย้ายไปดูแลสวนสนุกแห่งใหม่ที่เซ็นทรัล ฟลอเรสต้า พร้อมค่าตอบแทนที่สูงขึ้น
- ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ โดยหนึ่งในวันทำงานต้องเป็นวันเสาร์หรืออาทิตย์

Position: GM of new children’s play park in Chalong.
Starting date: December 1st, possible to start earlier.

About the project:
We are opening Phuket’s most premium kid’s park with an F&B outlet at Chalong Robinson with a 2nd park opening in Q2 of 2025 at Central Floresta.
The park will be around 750m2, opening in January 2025. The park is designed by world renowned architects and will be something completely new for the Thai market. The business model of the park is based on ticketing, F&B revenue’s, merchandise, and events.
This job is open for Thai and foreign nationals. In case it’s a non-Thai citizen then English and preferably Russian language skills are necessary.

Roles of the future GM:
Note: The GM will be taking part in the launch of the project and therefore will have to fulfill some of the roles of the linear staff until a full roll out has been achieved.
1) To set a budget of revenue streams and of costs – together with the owners. Controlling the budget, acting if something is not according to the budget. The wage of the GM will be tied to EBIDTA performance.
2) Managing the staff: reception, cleaners, sales, IT, accounting. F&B will have a separate managing Chef, however the GM will be responsible for conversion numbers to the restaurant.
3) Setting out and implementing BtoB and marketing plan.
4) Communication with the shopping mall.
5) Recruitment.

Necessary skills and experience:
1) English communication skills.
2) Work experience in leading a team of at least 5 people.
3) One of the following job experiences: event organizer; managing a hotel, F&B or other service orientated businesses.
4) Good if worked in the children entertainment sphere.
5) Microsoft excel skills, needs to be comfortable in analyzing a basic P&L.
6) Good if experienced with setting online and offline marketing plans.

Wage, benefits, and growth:
1) Wage will be divided into 2 categories. Salary 120,000 THB and a % of EBIDTA. When the park is going according to plan ( Performance based incentive)
2) If foreigner, we will organize work permit.
3) Paid holiday.
4) If GM preforms well, they can move to the next location at Central Floresta, with higher compensation.
5) 5 day work week, one of the days must be a weekend day.
