• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in recreation or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or recreational activities preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as setting up equipment, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
