Job Title: Senior Accountant – Real Estate
Location: Cherngtalay, Phuket
Salary: 60,000 Baht per month
Working Hours: 5.5 days a week

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5-7 years of experience in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform budgeting and forecasting activities.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee tax filings.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external audits.
Collaborate with property managers to provide financial insights on performance.
- Prepare cash flow reports and monitor capital expenditures.
- Stay current with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
5-7 years of accounting experience within the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills required.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
