About Us:
Barra Cuda Beach Club is a vibrant and stylish beachfront destination located on the iconic Patong Beach. We are dedicated to providing exceptional dining, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences for our guests. To support our growing team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication.
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance evaluation processes and professional development programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation packages.
Training & Development: Organize training programs to boost employee skills and career growth.
HR Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
