- Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a Dealership Business Manager and or Quality
- Assurance and or Financial Services and or Banking / Lending role.
- Effectiveness of the role will be measured against average number of days to transmit, the results from mastery shopping campaigns and achievements against the consolidated YTD site retention targets
- Display Hospitality with Heart customer centric focused service to all internal and external parties.
