PROPERTY SERVICE AGENT
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, hardworking, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in real estate is not required, a strong desire to learn and contribute is essential.
Location: Phuket (Thai nationality or Local base preferred)
Salary: 20,000THB + Lead ++ Commission
Full Time, Working: 6 days/ week
Job Descriptions:
Compiling a daily list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.
Actively prospect and generate new business leads to expand our customer base
Collect clients’ requirements, analyze and present their information to Sales Team for further working steps
Drive, deliver and exceed pre-determined customer sales targets.
Acknowledge and provide support to all potential customer.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with clients.
Promote and arrange the appropriate program based on individual customer requirements.
Handle all the inbound and outbound for customer properly and promptly in the operation center.
Follow up with customer request within specific time frame and up to good quality standard.
Understand customer needs and provide comprehensive solution, enabling the customer to enjoy the professional service Delivery of quality service to meet the productivity benchmark and service standard.
Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to customer.
Coordinate with other department properly to find comprehensive solution to customer.
Assist with marketing activities, such as preparing brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
Coordinate events and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any fields, Fresh graduates are welcome and High Vocational are also considered.
Ability to learn fast and have an interest in the real estate industry
Customer-oriented mindset, good communication, interpersonal skill, Inspire, motivate, connect with others.
Able to use English for communication in both writing and speaking (Simple English Communication)
Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
