SALES DIRECTOR
*Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and international clients.
• Oversee the presentation and promotion of luxury villas and properties to potential buyers.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns and events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure the sales gallery operates at a high standard, delivering an exceptional client experience.
* Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in luxury real estate or related industries.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Deep understanding of the luxury property market, particularly in Phuket or Thailand.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with international clients.
• Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the luxury brand image.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
