Job Description:

Nomad Beach Club is seeking a passionate and skilled Marketing and Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence and brand image. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all digital marketing strategies while managing our social media platforms and content creation, including graphic design. This is a hands-on role that requires a creative and results-driven individual with an eye for design, social media trends, and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
Manage and grow Nomad Beach Club’s presence across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community.
Content Creation & Graphic Design:
Design eye-catching graphics, banners, flyers, and promotional materials for online and offline marketing campaigns.
Create branded content that reflects the lifestyle, atmosphere, and vibe of Nomad Beach Club.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals for our marketing campaigns.
Marketing Strategy & Analytics:
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize digital marketing efforts.
Report on social media performance, website traffic, and other key performance indicators.
Brand Development:
Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.
Develop campaigns that reflect the unique brand identity of Nomad Beach Club.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing and social media management, preferably in the hospitality, lifestyle, or tourism industries.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative, innovative, and passionate about digital marketing and design.
Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) is a plus.
Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.) is an advantage.
