Recreation Manager – Soneva Kiri

Are you a passionate recreation professional with a PADI license and a love for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Soneva Kiri is looking for a Recreation Manager to oversee and enhance our resort’s leisure activities.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage recreational programs, including water sports, wellness activities, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards, particularly for diving and water-based activities
- Lead, train, and motivate the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain equipment and facilities to the highest standards
- Collaborate with other departments to organize special events and customized guest activities

Qualifications and experience:
- PADI-certified (Instructor-level preferred)
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality recreation management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for sustainability and nature-driven experiences
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
