1. Proven experience as a manager, preferably in a gaming or entertainment-related store.
2. Passion for video games, gaming culture, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
5. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management.
Keys Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the XR game store, ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly.
• Manage the scheduling, staffing, and training of employees to ensure adequate coverage and high levels of
customer service.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in store operations.
2. Customer Experience:
• Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on best practices and monitoring performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and improve the overall customer experience, ensuring the store environment is welcoming and engaging.
3. Sales and Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
4. Technology and Equipment Management:
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of XR equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning correctly and safely.
• Coordinate with technical support and vendors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated on the latest XR technologies and trends to ensure the store remains at the forefront of the industry.
5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of XR equipment, accessories, and consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a consistent supply of products and materials.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and optimize stock turnover.
6. Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices to maintain a safe
• environment for customers and staff.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure staff are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
7. Staff Development and Leadership:
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and

• Resolve employee conflicts and issues, maintaining a fair and respectful workplace.
8. Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
