Job Description:
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the future of Nomad Beach Club by overseeing all aspects of our human resources operations. You will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. Your role will be critical in creating a work environment that attracts top talent, promotes employee satisfaction, and ensures the smooth operation of all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top-tier talent for various positions across the beach club.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company culture and business objectives.
Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing any concerns or grievances.
Work closely with managers and employees to ensure performance management processes are in place, including evaluations, goal setting, and career development.
Oversee training and development programs to help employees grow in their roles and support ongoing learning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
Manage payroll, benefits, and other employee compensation matters.
Monitor and improve employee engagement and satisfaction levels through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Assist with employee retention strategies to minimize turnover and keep the team motivated.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in hospitality or a similar fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
