Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Informing clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
• Completing the sales targets
• Gain in-depth knowledge about real estate environment in Phuket, property buying cycle
• Awareness about new projects coming up in the market and prevailing prices in various localities of Phuket
• Maintaining deal pipelines and client contact lists
• Promoting the organization and products
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties reasonably relating to this position.


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate industry
• Excellent communication in English and/or Russian
• Well organized for designated jobs, positive attitude, outgoing, honest, and passionate
• Has a car and driving license
• Good Communication is Must.



Benefits: Salary based on experience plus commission and gasoline allowance.
