Job Detail

Job Description

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Administrative.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties on the website.
- Data entry with strict attention to detail new listing and update existing.
- Promote property sales through advertisements and listing services by working together with sale & Marketing team
- Very good skills for taking some property pictures to upload on the website
- Be able to shortlist some property inquiry for sale team.
- Responsible for property inventory.

Qualification
- Have knowledge about real estate industry
- Has a car and driving license
- Very good command of written and spoken in English
- Able to work under pressure combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, dedicated, and driven with positive attitude
- Good skills of MS office, PowerPoint etc.
