Job Description
• Greetings and take care client who come to the office and fill in the inquiry form
• Handle general admin tasks in office
• Always make sure the office is well tidy
• Updates price list from Developer and co-agent
• Prepare the agency contract for a seller and reservation form for client and seller
• Provide assistance to the sales team and support the sales team for all process
• Take care office’s equipment
• Prepare Petty cash and submit the payments every months
• Prepare sales inquiries report through an internal system and prepare sales documents for the sales team
• Prepare for weekly/monthly sales reports
• Make property comparison sheets when customer require
• Coordinate, prepare documents and perform other related tasks as assigned by MD

Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Very good command of written and spoken in English
• Flexible, dedicated, and driven with positive attitude
• Good skills of MS office, PowerPoint etc
