- Build and maintain strong relationships with involved team, local and
international brokers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

needed.
- Monitor and report on marketing and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing and sales management (at least 10 years),
preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
