We are seeking experienced Business Development colleagues in various destinations with a proven track record in sales to help drive the business forward. The successful candidate is required to work independently within their territories reporting to our Thailand head office.

Responsibilities:
- Develop an expansion plan for new business.
- Drive more business by developing relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve a target number of sales calls, meetings and closed sales.
- Analyse customers' needs and recommend the appropriate products and services.
- Provide quotations and negotiate prices, terms and conditions.
- Monitor costs to ensure profitability is maintained.
- Perform sales administration duties on the company central reporting system.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in hospitality or related field.
- Background in the hotel industry and/or online travel industry is a must.
- More than 2 years experience in a Sales/Market Management role or similar.
- Able to travel frequently and work independently.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, proactive and self-confident
- Well organized in planning strategies to hit sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and local language in each destination
