Position : Restaurant Manager
Job Detail
1. **Experience in Restaurant Management**: At least 3-5 years of experience managing restaurants, preferably in a hotel or resort setting, with strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
2. **Leadership and Team Management Skills**: Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high morale and productivity.
3. **Customer Service Excellence**: A strong focus on customer satisfaction with a proactive approach to resolving guest concerns and exceeding expectations.
4. **Financial and Budget Management**: Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting; able to optimize costs and manage inventory effectively.
5. **Sales and Marketing Awareness**: Ability to develop promotions, events, and strategies to increase revenue and attract guests.
6. **Strong Communication Skills**: Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and working during non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. **Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards**: Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations; able to implement and monitor standards consistently.
10. **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure a well-presented restaurant and high service standards at all times.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food and service.
- Train and manage the restaurant team, setting and enforcing standards for service excellence.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Handle guest feedback promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
