Job Detail
This position is allocated Club Unique based in Patong Phuket.
** Job Description **
* Compliance Officer & member services
- Type contracts
- Update Sales with any new information
- Ensure all updates in contracts are also updated in all languages
- Enter and distribute reports/ Sales/Monies in/Combined Monies in (cold line & Inhouse separate sales reports)
- Enter to Bible.
- BUP /FUP
- Update the database of clients
- Enter weekly cancelations and completed clients to report.
- Use report to delete from Bible, and amend Bible completed clients
- Update Fractional & Unique Funds report
- Enroll clients to ETD
- Enroll clients to II
- Enroll clients to Holiday plus
- Mega-call money must be kept in account
- Stock request for sales and admin offices
- Order II directories/bags/members guide/rules
- Prepare Management fee due report for each year
- Coordinate with all department to insure smooth operation
* Reservations/Member Services
- II Activation issue to clients
- Holiday plus issue membership ID
- Home resort reservations
- Deposit Interval weeks-checking all levies paid, check have not already used week
- Issue to clients the Deposit reservation number
- Enter all reservations to usage report, home resort and deposit
- Monthly enter to the cross-reference report
* General Admin
- Cold line sales report- get from daily DGR
- FB/In house sales report- get from arrivals and sales manager
** Qualifications **
- Thai or expat Nationality
- Have experience in Compliance and Member Services positions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance regulations
- High attention to detail, especially in drafting and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Good in Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent in English Communication.
