Position Overview: Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager and the Assistant Manager, and within the limits of established Island Bagels Policies and Procedures, the Bartender prepares timely and accurately the highest quality of Hot and Cold beverages for our guests. She will also able to support kitchen staff if requested. Handling POS and cash handling procedure. The Island Bagel Bartender also answers the phone & takes delivery orders, answers guests’ questions, and communicates regularly with managers. This position drives the energy in the store & ensures responsible alcohol service to all guests. She embraces the Island Bagel core values & standard
