Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Quality and Experience Manager at Banyan Tree Phuket in Phuket. Will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and quality throughout the resort. This includes implementing and maintaining health and safety procedures, conducting regular inspections, providing training and guidance to staff, and monitoring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications
-Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
-Experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to effectively communicate and train staff on hygiene and quality procedures
-Ability to conduct inspections and audits
-Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
-Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
-Degree or certification in hospitality management, food science, or related field
