Position : Assistant F&B Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will handle day-to-day tasks associated with managing the resorts Food and Beverage operations, work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
-Experience in Food Service and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
-Excellent Customer Service skills
-Ability to train and motivate staff
-Knowledge of budgeting, costs, and expenses related to Food & Beverage operations
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
-Experience working in a luxury resort or hotel is a plus
-Fluency in Thai language is a plus
