รายละเอียด

Qualification:
•High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
•Minimum of 1 years’ experience in hotel front office or guest services, preferably with some overnight shift experience.
•Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
•Proficiency in using hotel management software such as Opera, Comanche or Oasis system and general computer skills.
•Ability to work independently and handle the front desk without direct supervision during the night.
•Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
•Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
•Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
