Position : Assistant Human Resources & Training Manager

Job Detail
Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. To control the validity of employment status of all Team members movement and Hotel information on board.
2. To assist the supervisor in pre-screening candidates for career interview, prepare relevant documents for supervisor to interview the applicants and arrange the schedule for interview.
3. To ensure for monthly record of time attendance and all leaves of Team members in the computerized Human Resources System (myHR) and ready for payroll process before the 23th of every month.
4. To keep & update personal team member documents in Team members’ file.
5. To control monthly probation, locker, insurance and SSO.
6. To ensure for the organization chart and up to date.
7. To control all Purchasing order.
8. To control cleanliness of Canteen, Prayer Room and Training Room, First Aid Room and Relaxing Room.
9. To support Health & Safety in work relate.
10. To respond in administering and compiling the Team Members Facilities Survey.
11. To prepare and coordination of internal committees such as Welfare and Activities Meeting.
12. To assist in Human Resources events as well as conduct activities.
13. To ensure visa & work permit process for all Expat & guests who interest to use HOMA service.
14. To conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in order to be able to design a suitable training plan / programs as a means to develop the quality of human resources in the company.
15. To act as either training instructor or training coordinator / facilitator for all training activities within the company.
16. To recommend and develop personnel policies and procedures to be adopted by the Hotel.
17. To conduct Training section such as Hotel Orientation and prepare training when needed.
18. To control training record which has been recorded in training report and submit the report to supervisor on a monthly basis.
19. To control for all trainee process.
20. To perform any duties as assigned by the Assistant Talent & Development Manager and/or Talent & Development Manager.
21. To coordinate the production of job descriptions with Department Heads.
22. To ensure that the conditions of employment listed below remain competitive in the market: Compensation, Working conditions, Work place and Benefits.
23. To assist the Talent & Development Manager in administering and maintaining Team Members benefit schemes.
24. To assist the Talent & Development Manager in fostering an atmosphere of healthy staff / management relationship.
25. To assist and coordinate individual salary proposals with Department Heads for submission to Management.
26. To assist the Talent & Development Manager to set up award schemes / grievance procedures to be applied throughout the hotel.
27. To assist the Talent & Development Manager in establishing disciplinary procedures and ensure their consistent application.
28. To ensure that approved personnel requisition forms are available before replacing a vacant position.
29. To handle “Employees’ Compensation” insurance matters and SSO.
30. Any other duties in relation to the job nature as assigned by the Talent & Development Manager.
