Position : Assistant Chief Engineer
1. To assist / carry out any works assigned by the Chief Engineer.
2. To supervise and delegate duties to all mechanical and electrical subordinates staff.
3. To plan, schedule and co-ordinate for all maintenance works request.
4. To liaise with general contractors for property management service.
5. To inspect and provide detail reports.
6. To oversee repair and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment and repairs through involvement and delegation with subordinates.
