ตำแหน่ง : Reservation Supervisor (Journeyhub Phuket Patong)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge:
- The position is combine reservation and guest service center.
- In-depth understanding of reservation procedures and revenue management principles.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and hospitality industry standards.
