Destada Vacation Rentals was launched in 2019 to bring established hospitality industry sales, marketing, distribution and operations expertise to the fast-growing vacation rental market in Asia.
Destada is building a team of hospitality and travel industry professionals to bring this expertise to markets throughout the continent.
ตำแหน่ง : Operation Officer
- Work with the existing team to facilitate the management of vacation rental apartments / villas.
- Work with cleaning and maintenance partners to ensure quality standards.
- Regular on-site visits to evaluate property condition.
- Provisioning of appliances, and decorations to ensure properties are well presented.
- Provide support for day to day operations.
- Support and learn how the Partner Services team operates with owners and guests
Profile:
- Take initiative
- Flexible, responsive, and responsible
- Fluent Thai, Proficient English
- Strong communications skills
- Happy to be involved in a start-up environment; willing to be hands on from the outset
- Happy to help and keen to learn
- Positive attitude, Pro-active with a strong sense of integrity
- New grads are welcome
