ตำแหน่ง : RESERVATION Sup/Assist/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the reservation team to deliver exceptional service. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing support and development opportunities.
• Reservation Handling: Oversee all aspects of the reservation process, including taking bookings, managing cancellations, and ensuring all details are accurately recorded in the system.
• Optimization: Maximize room occupancy and revenue by implementing effective booking strategies, including upselling and managing overbooking situations.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle special requests related to reservations. Ensure all interactions reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellent customer service.
• Coordination: Work closely with the front office, sales, and marketing teams to align reservation strategies with overall business goals. Ensure smooth communication and information flow between departments.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on reservation activity, occupancy rates, and revenue. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• System Management: Ensure the reservation system is up-to-date and functioning effectively. Troubleshoot any issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all reservations are made in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and files for audit purposes.
• Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve reservation processes, enhance guest experiences, and increase efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hotel reservations department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A proactive problem-solver with a focus on guest satisfaction.
