Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, with a focus on customer service.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
