ตำแหน่ง : Resident Manager
1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Arts (English) or related fields.
2. Experiences minimum of 5 years in hotel Management are preferable.
3. Good in English, both of written and spoken.
4. Proactive & Eager to learn, team player, result-oriented, and can-do attitude.
5. Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Good in communication, negotiation skills and computer literature.
Job Description:
1. Plan and direct the hotel and main operations including quality, standards, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure consistent implementation and review of SOPs throughout all Departments.
3. Be responsible for all the day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the hotel and.
4. Conduct regular operations meetings with all HODs to discuss routine operational matters, departmental performance targets and guest feedback.
5. Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
